This stone house, built in 2004, is located on a 2000 sq. meter lot, in a wooded area on the peaceful Lake Ostrowite. In the surrounding area there are several other apartments on private property. There is a parking lot next to the house. On one side of the apartment, separated by a fence, there is a small shop and a camping area. You can rent boats, pedal boats and surfboards at a neighboring campsite. This accommodation is ideal for windsurfing, swimming and fishing (including carp).

The house is located on a lot of 2000 m2 and consists of 2 floors. The ground floor has bright tiles. The living room has 2 leather sofas, a coffee table and a wood-burning stove. The open kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, a stove, refrigerator / freezer, sink, kettle and small dining table. The luxurious bathroom has a large shower with glass doors and a sink. There is a separate toilet. The 1st floor has laminated flooring. There are 2 bedrooms - one furnished with a double bed, the other with sleeping sofas. The apartment has a large terrace overlooking the lake. At the bottom of the house there is a large storeroom where bicycles and surfboards can be safely kept. There is also outdoor furniture, a beach umbrella and a barbecue available for your use.

This wooded, peaceful environment is ideal for nature lovers, hikers, bikers and bird-watchers. You can relax on your own private beach at the lake. For water sports fans this is an ideal place. In the vicinity there is a horse ranch with restaurant. The small town of Czersk has a shopping center (7 km away). The Baltic coast is about an hour away. You can also visit the well-known cities of Gdansk, Gdynia (marina) and Sopot (seaside). The famous castle of Malbork is also well worth a visit.

Ostrowite is also suitable for winter rentals. The lake and woods are lovely, and skating and ice fishing are possible here. However, please contact us first because in extremely cold winters (- 20 or thereabouts) the water supply at the house is at risk.
