This accommodation, with a 2,500 sq. meter garden, is situated in a wooded area on Lake Borzechowski. Your privacy is guaranteed! The three aligned lakes with their wooded surroundings, including a bird sanctuary, offer plenty of options for water sports fans and nature lovers. It's an ideal place for sailing, windsurfing, swimming and fishing (including carp), as well as for horse riding, cycling and hiking. The village of Lubichowo, where you can do your daily shopping, is located 6 km away. At the house you will find two bicycles, garden furniture and two old (2-person) canoes available for your use.

The house is about 2.5 m high relative to ground level. The terrace has a magnificent view across the lawn to the lake.
On the ground floor of this accommodation there is the living room, kitchen, bathroom and master bedroom, with a tiled floor. The living room is furnished with a leather sofa, a low table and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils plus a stove and refrigerator / freezer. The spacious master bedroom furnished with a double bed, wardrobe,a dresser and a nightstand. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, sink and toilet. On the 1st floor is a great bedroom/playroom with a laminated flooring and 2-person sofa beds. This room leads you into a second bedroom with two single sofa beds. There is a wall here which creates an extra bedroom (only on request); so if you wish you can add 2 additional beds. All bedrooms have a wardrobe, a dresser and a nightstand.
At ground level is the garage for 2 cars, storage room and washing machine.

Villa Park is surrounded by three lakes which lie adjacent to each other. Together with the forests, farms and fields, it comprises a vast area. The campground nearby (open daily) rents simple boats and pedal boats. The city of Starogard Gdanski, with its shopping centers and a hypermarket, is just 10 km away. The Baltic Coast, as well as the larger cities of Gdansk, Gdynia (marina) and Sopot (seaside), are about an hour away by car. The famous castle of Malbork is also well worth a visit and is situated about 50 km away.
